Miracle Report!

Hi Jacob!

Thank you so much for all you do! I have only been able to see you in person once in Palm Springs as I usually work on Saturdays, but I have been blessed with friends sending me your cd's and I try to check out your website when I have time. I would love any cd's you would be willing to send.

I have just finished Edwene Gaines book and now understand the law of tithing and you plus my friend who has been sending me your cd's were first on my tithing list! Though I have been studying new thought for many years, these books, along with your lectures, are really helping me have a joyous life. I needed a new job when the old one wasn't serving me any longer, and with a positive attitude was able to identify where I should be and was offered the job within a couple of days time. The engine in my car actually blew up last month and I got so excited! Because I just knew the Universe had a wonderful new car in a pretty new color all picked out for me! And sure enough, a shiny new Prius became my new vehicle. These things would have sent me into depression a few years ago, but today I just can't wait to see what the Universe/God has in store for me! So, thank you very much!

On a spiritual growth note, a few (good story) months back I was not surrendering to fear but changing the channel every time I was becoming overwhelmed with thoughts about lack.  I had switched careers and invested myself into writing and recording music and wanted the universe to provide me with income in something "I" enjoyed while I was building my musical empire!! ;) and so I decided to teach beginning piano. (Hey it's still music!) I put a call out to life and soon after my phone rang from a friend who thought I might be a good fit to teach piano for a friends kid! Wow!  So I had this one student for awhile, and meanwhile I began visualizing income while reminding myself of a scripture promise which I even began affirming. "God you said I'd be a lender not a borrower" "You said you would open the windows of Heaven" And then one day for some reason while meditating I envisioned a hand full of checks arriving. I vividly held them in my hand after I collected several. In my vision they were from song writing royalties, (maybe too specific?) but at any rate I saw a stack of checks!  No amounts, just checks, in fact any amount would be more than none, so I wasn't specific on denominations.  Suddenly, I have 17 checks!  And now more piano students, more checks, even an out of the blue renter for my music academy space wanted to sublet, checks!!! random weird money, like one from my credit card company giving me back money? checks!!! (Note the one with my own return address from cc company) yes the universe saying yes, OK more checks! Indeed... 

Perhaps I should focus on bigger amounts now? ha ha :)  I'm going to add these checks up in the photo and tithe soon! It reminded me of your words regarding, you can't get wealthy unless you are doing what you love.  And it might not come from what you love, or even right away, but something is working....organically :)

Jakey Bear - thanks for the kick in the pants last week! I'd gotten very sloppy again and gradually dropped all my spiritual practice - wasn't listening to the recordings, or doing daily pages, kept "forgetting" to tithe, and slowly slid back into fear and mild anxiety.

THANK YOU for the blogs and for showing up for us every single day no matter where you are. I'm back on the highlighted route, doing my daily work, sending my tithe to you today, and basically going around speaking words of faith and EXPECTING doors to open. And already 3 little miracle have happened just this morning.

I love you for not holding back the TRUTH from us!! Thanks for being there for me!

Hi Jacob

Just wanted to say hello & give you an update. After having closed my business in July 2011 (after 17 years!), traveling europe for 6 months, and spending the last few months back in SB wondering what I was going to do next and feeling a bit worried, I am HAPPY to report I a new job found me!!

One of my old students called ME out of the blue and asked if I was still looking for work. I said YES and today was my first day after one week of training! You were right, I just needed to RELAX and TRUST everything was going to work out. Easier said than done but that is all it took.
 
I listened a lot to Abraham Hicks and read your blog about being a vibrational match to what you want. As much as I wanted a job I knew I had mixed emotions about it. But I do remember being at Starbucks and seeing a woman in her cute riding outfit and having a STRONG FEELING and thinking to myself: I really miss coming here in the morning and getting coffee in my riding outfit and going to play with the horses. And BAM. I got the call not too long after. Its 9am-1pm 6 days a week. I wish it were 5 days a week and I wish it paid more BUT at least I can pay my rent and I feel very GOOD that my parents are not burdened with that. What a relief!

And your advice to show up: ON TIME, PREPARED, WITH A GOOD ATTITUDE is my mantra. After not working for 10 months I felt a bit anxious and that mantra has helped me so so so much!

The drive to work is 9 miles from starbucks, with an ocean view and no traffic. I sip my chai latte and look at the ocean. Its very nice and very peaceful. The ranch itself is spectacular; 250 acres with ocean views and everything a horse lover could desire. It is breath taking. It is very peaceful and the job is easy with zero stress. I guess just what I need to get back into the swing of things.

And now I am going to practice practice practice getting into VIBRATIONAL HARMONY with more things that I want: inner peace and joy and allowing God to showering blessings and lots of good upon me. I find it easier to meditate 15 minutes most days now too which feels very good & soothing.
 
 To make extra money perhaps I can help my friends a couple afternoons a week with their startup company or who knows how but I know more abundance is on the way.. I am praticing feeling happy to be able to take people I love out to dinner. I am practicing feeling happy to be kissing a man that I love. Fun little games I have started playing.
 
I am open to having the best summer of my life here in Santa Barbara, spending my afternoons reading inspiring books (MoneyLove is an old book that Im reading now about prosperity consciousness), taking naps, going to the beach, going on hikes...Knowing that more money is flowing into my life so that I can easily cover all my monthly expenses and enjoy life.

I feel good and calm and that is a great feeling.

Miracle Reports

Wonderful things are happening among the Joy Academy Practitioners (that's you) these days. People have been letting me know about the increased peace of mind they are experiencing, as well as more joy, fun and play. This IS so gratifying for me to read and/or heard.

Along with that, there has been a real flurry of reports from people being hired for wonderful jobs after having been unexmployed for quite some time - money is starting to come in and from what I've been hearing, the jobs are pretty wonderful.

And I also keep hearing from those whose relationships are being restored by practicing all the tools we have been teaching this year. Through the simple acts of the 4 Kingdoms of Relationships, the love and intimacy has been increasing and the number of fights and resentments is evaporating.

Just the other day someone told me how he went from being "basically homeless" to receiving $10,000 in one week, just from cleaning up his vibration and practicing what we teach.

Regardless of what the media tells you, there is so much love out there, so many jobs, so many opportunities, so much money, so much healing energy, such an abundance of whatever good would meet your current need! Life loves us and we live in a Universe of ABUNDANCE. And the reason there is so much of it "out there" is because there is so much of it within us - we bring forth the external world from our own internal Consciousness.

HOWEVER, WE are the ones who must line ourselves up with that Truth. It will not force itself on us and we are totally free to believe whatever we choose. And whatever we believe, we will see.

Do not let the world usurp your authority by default. CHOOSE for yourself which world you will believe in today. You will see the evidence of whichever world you CHOOSE to focus on.

Hi, how are you?

Even though I have been reading ACIM for many years (I'm in my fifth
round of the workbook) and some days it feels like I've heard
everything...  I love that Marianne is every Monday, listening to the lecture 
is so good for me. Sometimes just the way
she says something, it strikes me differently, or I am in a different
place (hopefully) and hear something else there.

Something you said months ago has changed my life a great deal.  I
think about this all the time.  You were talking about you saw a cute
guy on the street and you say, thank you, god loves me, this is just
for me.  And someone said, well, did you talk to him, and you said, oh
no, that would ruin everything!

I see cute guys everywhere, at the gym, on the street, at course in
miracles, in line at the movies, at a cafe. there are cute guys
everywhere! I stopped going to street fairs (even though I work at Tom
of Finland events doing the music) because I realized at the end I
just felt totally depressed. Like all these guys are so good looking,
running around without shirts on (something I would NEVER do) and,
seemingly, looking at other hot guys with their shirts off. This would
make me feel like such a loser (you also say, when you walk down the
street, you are constantly going, better than, worse than, and neither
one really makes you feel good.)

The idea that God has put this cute guy in line in front of me, god
loves me, and THANK YOU.  I just have to enjoy him. I don't have to do
anything.  I most certainly don't want to talk to him, that would ruin
EVERYTHING.

So now, thanks to you, when I see a cute guy (which sometimes it's
just a constant parade of one after the other) or even reading
frontiers magazine, I can say thank you for this, god loves me. and
appreciate his handywork without feeling like a loser.

This isn't particularly well written, sorry, I hope it makes sense.  I
just wanted to thank you; you have changed my life in many ways over
the years. but this is a HUGE thing for me.

I can't wait for your next lecture.  Please add me to your mailing
list, I don't always remember to check your facebook page.

Jacob listening to your lectures in my car is my daily ritual and my space of peace every day.  I just read the Wild New World book and am feeling more intuitive and focused than ever on -as she says - having a new career build itself up around me like  living thing.  I am writing more and loving it.  I think it is turning into a book for my son about the principles… finding his own treasure. we will see.

I laughed  out loud yesterday when you mentioned Bethenny Frankel on the lecture because I think she is so entertaining and funny but I have thought SO many times - what are you doing with that lame therapist guy? We are watching you not get anywhere but look at the past…you need Jacob!! :)

Hi Jacob,
I'm completely stunned by the beauty of precision of your teaching. All the stuff about consciousness animating matter. It feels like my whole understanding of being a mystic is being completely reanimated. More and more I'm dropping the LOA model and moving more toward what one guy calls the Law of Emerging. It's like shit just appears, but it appears in relationship to my ability to surrender, release and function in humility. I feel like I'm on the verge of just magnificent stuff coming like a hurricane.

Hi Jacob,

I am listening to your CD where you are talking about how the kids at your lectures actually GOT more than the adults.

At Christmas,  I was with my 16 year old niece, Harper, I was throwing a REAL tantrum b/c I had to park TOO far from the restaurant.  I was really amazing in my CRAZY fit throwing skills. My sweet Harper had never seen me devolve into a such a silly tantrum.

Harper has listened to your CD's in the car for years b/c my sister, Jane, listens to you a lot.

Sooooooo Harper totally threw out JACOB to me. She said "Aunt Julie, Life loves us!"

I adore Harper---I just sent her a text and told her.

Miracle Report!

A ways back, Jacob suggested I see my (self-employed) plumbing business as a ministry, not see it as a burden. In general, to put more value into it. I had been heavily involved in a second-income business to leave plumbing. I was not happy with my occupation, and felt I could do 'more than being a plumber.' Jacob reminded me the huge value of plumbing to our sanitation and health of our society, and "where would we be without it?"

Since then, i have taken his advice and I much more enjoy what I do, receive a lot more satisfaction from it, and helping people. i am learning more about the trade, and I don't look at my business as a burden,. I see it as a help to others, a learning opportunity re business, and the body of knowledge of plumbing, relating to people, physical exercise, and creating abundance. As a result, I have more self esteem, and feel good about my occupation. I treat often for a positive experience (in detail) with my work, and express gratitude. And I have many positive customer comments posted on Google and other Internet sites.

Miracle Report!

Good Morning Jacob,
                I have been talking with you in my head so much lately and am so glad.  Your daily communications do so much to assist me.  I was so bummed last week when my ego fears came up full blown.  It was shocking to me.  I used the tools and it subsided and now this morning I am feeling great!!  I awoke and cuddled for a long time with my husband - what a great way to start the day (and a new one even after 40 years of marriage).  I am focused on increasing the love and it is making a difference.

                So much of what you have been teaching is how I move in the world – I do love and verbally appreciate people.  What I have been seeing is how I haven’t been doing it for my husband on a daily basis as for so many years I was mad at him, holding him hostage.  I have known for over 30 years how to move into appreciation; how to see what do I really appreciate about almost any one (good training in Co-Counseling groups), so I have spoken and written appreciations for him on every holiday, birthday, etc. 

                What I realized in this last month was that on a daily basis I was more focused on how he wasn’t doing “it” right.  Now I am focused on what I love about him.  I did my homework and wrote a list of 10 positive attributes and read it to him; I asked him what makes him feel loved (that was a foreign concept to him, but he is now noticing each day and stating it); and I am thanking him lots.  For all of these years, he was not willing to learn to cook.  Now that he has been unemployed since August and that I am employed since the beginning of the year, he is willing to cook and is doing it.  That is a MIRACLE and I am loving it.  Spirit had to move me out into a job so that my “deep, detective-like mind” had something to focus on rather than on what is wrong with or needs fixing about my husband.  It is so surprising to me how there can be one area like this when it is not how I am anywhere else.  Thank you for waking me up.  This is so good and I feel so blessed to be experiencing so much more love and acceptance in my marriage.

                It is an interesting challenge to be working in the world at a regular job (first time I have been in this situation since 1976) and to remain in trust.  There is so much focus on financial issues in the world.  The day I fell into the fear about money again, I had spent two hours in a small room with a man who administers the pension program – that is part of my job.  It took me awhile to see that this is what had activated my fear.  At the same time, I had lots of experiences with people who were afraid financially and physically.  Being an empathy, I will suddenly be feeling panic and not know why.  I have learned how to shift it, but it always surprises me.   Reading your blogs daily and listening to the weekly mp3 has made such a difference that I am not experiencing other people’s panic near a much, so to have it hit me out of the blue so surprised me.  Spirit put me in the job – that is clear.  I wasn’t even looking for a job but was focusing on increasing my healing work practice when it came.  It is a non-profit with a mission statement that I totally support (To Inspire Girls to be Strong, Smart and Bold) – it is in a huge transition and I am really loving working.  It is surprising to me.  I do focus on being aware of my emotional state – I brought in an orchid plant to put on my desk; I have “joy” essential oil in my office; I have my beautiful infinity sign on the wall and family pictures.  I feel like I am working for Spirit and have spent much time in the middle of the night getting the communication.

                Any way this is a long story, but I am just so grateful for all you do for us and wanted to share it.
